Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-first Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others, thrive on independence, and want to build a career where your hard work directly impacts your income, this might be the perfect opportunity.

As a Sales Rep at Honeycomb, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their roofing, siding, or gutter needs—whether from storm damage or aging wear and tear. You’ll educate clients, take photos, walk them through the inspection and insurance process, and provide them with solutions.

You’ll also be responsible for building local relationships, following up with leads, canvassing neighborhoods after storms, and attending inspections with adjusters to advocate for our clients.

We provide full training, marketing materials, and office support. You provide the hustle, heart, and hunger to grow.

Physical Requirements & Environment:

This role includes outdoor work and site visits. You’ll be walking roofs, climbing ladders, and working in Indiana weather (sun, rain, heat, wind). Roofing experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Not Comfortable on Roofs? No Problem!

If you have a strong sales background but cannot physically climb roofs, we can pair you with one of our trusted installers to handle inspections and measurements. You focus on connecting with homeowners and closing deals—we’ll make sure you have the team to back you up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through marketing, door-to-door, and referrals
• Perform roof and exterior inspections (or coordinate with team)
• Educate homeowners on the roofing process and insurance claims
• Build trust and maintain strong communication throughout the project
• Manage CRM entries and documentation
• Attend adjuster meetings and help guide homeowners through the claim or retail process
• Hit sales goals and grow your pipeline

• Previous sales experience (roofing/home improvement sales a huge plus)
