- Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers
- Develop daily strategies and motivate your team to hit appointment goals
- Track performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching
- Represent Honeycomb Roofing & Exteriors professionally in the community
- Work closely with our sales and marketing departments to generate high-quality leads
